Kris Kelly
Service Operations Manager
Kris’ apprenticeship started in 2005, that quickly led to earning a Gas Fitter B certification, and became a journeyman plumber in 2010. Kris has gained experience in both construction and service, taking on leadership roles such as supervisor, mechanical foreman, and site superintendent before joining AllPro. For the past 6 years, Kris has been a key part of the AllPro team, serving as Service Manager for most of that time. Now, as Service Operations Manager, Kris ensures everything runs smoothly, bringing years of expertise and hands-on know-how to the table. Whether it’s tackling technical challenges or leading the team, Kris’s dedication and experience make a big impact every day.

Tyler Owens

Tyler has an extensive background in plumbing service and brings valuable experience to our team. He is a Red River College honours graduate and has experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. Tyler has been a successful plumber for his past employers and now enjoys managing his peers.

Jess Luining
Project Manager
Jess began his plumbing career at the age of 17 while still in high school. Demonstrating exceptional dedication, he advanced through all five levels of plumbing certification, graduating as the youngest in his class with honours. Jess holds a Red Seal certification in both plumbing and gas fitting. Before transitioning to his current role as a project manager, he gained valuable experience working as a foreman on commercial projects with Allpro.
Nick Schmautz
Project Manager
Originally from Stonewall, Manitoba, Nick brings over 15 years of experience in the plumbing trade, including eight years leading job sites and managing crews on a variety of commercial projects—many of which involved extensive out-of-town work. Holding Red Seal certifications in both Plumbing and Gas Fitting, Nick completed his formal training at Red River College, building a strong foundation for a career defined by reliability, technical expertise, and leadership in the field.
Dave Lemieux
Project Manager
Dave is a highly accomplished Red Seal plumber and Red Seal gas fitter with over 15 years of experience in the piping trades. A proud graduate with honours from Red River College, Dave’s dedication to his craft was recognized in 2017 when he received the Gold Medal for Plumbing. Throughout his career, Dave has demonstrated exceptional leadership, having served as a foreman for several years before transitioning into project management. His vast expertise and commitment to excellence plays a vital role in the success of AllPro Mechanical.

Trevor’s journey began in a small town, where he first discovered his passion for plumbing. After honing his skills, he moved to the city to earn his Red Seal in plumbing and gas fitting. With years of hands-on experience, he excelled as a foreman in commercial pipefitting, overseeing large-scale projects. Trevor’s deep understanding of the trade naturally led him into a project management role, where he quickly became known for his expertise in project estimations. Trevor’s estimates are precise, accurate, and grounded in practical knowledge, making him an asset to the AllPro team.
Jordan Lee
Estimator
Born and raised in Port Moody, British Columbia, Jordan relocated to Winnipeg in 2010 to embark on his plumbing career. After spending eight years honing his skills in the commercial plumbing sector, he joined AllPro to expand his expertise as a service technician. As the company grew from a small team of six to its current success, Jordan transitioned into the role of estimator, playing a key part in scaling operations. With a passion for planning, working with numbers, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients, he brings precision and dedication to every project.

Dan Erfle
PrincipAL / Director of Construction
Dan possesses a diverse and extensive background across multiple industries, including a Red Seal certification in plumbing and a Manitoba Gas Ticket. A graduate of Red River College with Honours, he brings considerable expertise in commercial plumbing. Throughout his career, Dan has excelled as a foreman for previous employers, and he now takes pride in managing and operating his own business.
