Kris’ apprenticeship started in 2005, that quickly led to earning a Gas Fitter B certification, and became a journeyman plumber in 2010. Kris has gained experience in both construction and service, taking on leadership roles such as supervisor, mechanical foreman, and site superintendent before joining AllPro. For the past 6 years, Kris has been a key part of the AllPro team, serving as Service Manager for most of that time. Now, as Service Operations Manager, Kris ensures everything runs smoothly, bringing years of expertise and hands-on know-how to the table. Whether it’s tackling technical challenges or leading the team, Kris’s dedication and experience make a big impact every day.

Tyler has an extensive background in plumbing service and brings valuable experience to our team. He is a Red River College honours graduate and has experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. Tyler has been a successful plumber for his past employers and now enjoys managing his peers.

Dave is a highly accomplished Red Seal Plumber and Red Seal Gas Fitter with nearly 20 years of experience in the piping trades. He began his career as a humble apprentice, gaining hands-on experience in the field and developing a deep respect for the craft from the ground up. A proud honours graduate of Red River College, Dave’s dedication to his trade was recognized in 2017 when he received the Gold Medal for Plumbing.

Over the course of his career, Dave has progressed through every level of the industry, from apprentice to foreman, before moving into project management and ultimately into his current role as Director of Construction and Project Manager at AllPro Mechanical. His strong technical foundation, practical leadership style, and commitment to quality and accountability play a key role in delivering successful projects and driving AllPro Mechanical’s continued growth.

Jess began his plumbing career at the age of 17 while still in high school. Demonstrating exceptional dedication, he advanced through all five levels of plumbing certification, graduating as the youngest in his class with honours. Jess holds a Red Seal certification in both plumbing and gas fitting. Before transitioning to his current role as a project manager, he gained valuable experience working as a foreman on commercial projects with Allpro.

With 13 years in the plumbing trade, John holds both Plumbing and Gas Fitting Red Seal certifications from Red River College. His background includes new commercial construction and residential service plumbing, with the past eight years spent running a wide variety of commercial plumbing jobs. He has completed projects across Manitoba, Ontario, and Nunavut, gaining a broad understanding of different systems and environments. Now working as an estimator, John brings hands-on field experience and practical insight to support accurate planning and well-executed projects.

Julian is an experienced professional in the mechanical industry, known for his ability to develop strong relationships with clients by delivering design-build projects that meet their needs. With a solid background in mechanical systems, Julian blends technical knowledge with a client-focused approach to ensure projects are completed with quality, innovation, and cost-effectiveness in mind. His dedication to delivering value and maintaining attention to detail has earned him the confidence of many clients, contributing to the growth of AllPro’s customer base.
